Delivery

UK DELIVERY Prints are sent via Courier or Royal Mail and charged at £6.95 per order.

The majority of prints are shipped flat-packed. However, larger prints may be sent rolled in a strong tube.

Dispatch will normally be within 10 working days. I’m currently using an on-demand service from my specialist giclée printing company, which means that once I have received your order I will request the print. Once I have received your print it is quality checked, then individually signed and numbered before dispatch. This process does slightly increase lead times but means your print will be received fresh of the press!

A signature will be required upon delivery and it is recommended that customers check the packaging for any signs of damage before signing. If your print is damaged please contact John immediately.

Photographic evidence of the damage will be required for insurance purposes. It is recommended that prints are carefully unpacked immediately upon receipt and stored in the clear cellophane envelopes provided.

Store in a dry location away from direct sunlight until you are ready to have it properly framed. Rolled prints should be unrolled immediately and stored flat.

Do not touch the front surface of the prints as dirty fingers can permanently mark the paper! No responsibility will be taken for careless unpacking and handling.
